Product Description

A beautiful barrel-fermented Chenin blanc, with a light golden hue giving testament to its elevation in a barrel. The nose shows attractive lemon blossom, lightly toasted brioche with an undercurrent greengage and sweet lime. The palate is pleasantly mouth-filling with a nervous acidity focusing and flavours that match the aromas. A wine of balance and precision, serve on its own as an aperitif or with a food pairing.
